Warm Tips

Before first use, we recommend fully charging the battery (approx. 2.5 hours) for optimal performance.
Use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A standard charger. Avoid using fast chargers to prevent battery damage.
Bluetooth effective connection range is approx. 10 meters. Obstacles may affect signal stability.
IPX4 splash-proof rating protects against everyday splashes. Do not submerge or rinse directly with water.
If not using for an extended period, keep the battery at around 50% charge and store in a cool, dry place.
Wipe the fabric mesh gently with a dry cloth. Avoid using damp cloths or cleaning agents directly.
High volume levels will reduce battery life. We recommend 50%-70% volume for the best balance of sound quality and battery life.
